Stubborn Fat – Weight Loss Plateau
May 17, 2008
When it comes to stubborn fat weight loss, you better have a plan. Most attempts at losing weight, if you have been with them for sometime, eventually lead to plateau. So what do you do? This can be very frustrating, particularly if you have experienced dramatic results early on in your program. It is a phenomenon that happens with diets as well as fitness plans. No program is immune, but there is hope! There are probably more than 100 answers to the question, “so, what do I do now?” Here are just a few that have worked for me. First, give your hard working body a break! No, don’t give up your workout or throw in the towel at the buffet. It’s time to begin the process of detoxification and body cleansing. “Body Cleansing” is a holistic approach to giving the body what it needs to take care of and perhaps heal itself naturally. It is not a Fast! A good Body Cleanse gently helps the body to rid itself of harmful toxins, while weaning the body off sugar, caffeine, alcohol, meat, processed foods and other potentially harmful foods and drinks. This will jumpstart your metabolism and you should feel that it is easier to avoid putting junk in your body when you are done. There are many good Body Cleanses out there. Try looking for one that won’t leave you nutritionally depleted. You should feel energized after a body cleanse, with better focus and more determination than before. Protein is the second key to stubborn weight loss. Boost up your protein intake with foods and/or shakes. This will maximize your fat burning by promoting lean muscle mass. Shakes can also be used as meal replacement, further reducing your caloric intake anytime. What ever you chose to do, DON’T GIVE UP!

Its really funny since becoming a member of the latter day saints, I have given up caffiene and alcohol and it really does work. i feel so much better for giving up the above under an a natural detofixacation. Yes its hard when you get the need but hang in there and the side effects will subside making you feel so much better. Even better try something Ephedra Virdis, or even Roobios, a tea without the caffiene.
